Though I have never, thankfully, suffered from obesity problems, I, like anyone who has suffered from them, suffered from illness. From gluten and dairy intolerance to adrenal fatigue, I felt like my body had taken a beating at too young of an age, and my medical diagnosis was proving me right.

After watching the film, Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, I realized I, too, needed to make some lifestyle changes, and after copying in his footsteps, I started to incorporate organic juicing into my diet.

With inspiration sending what felt like electric shocks of energy through my bones, my morning coffee was quickly replaced by organic juices. These juices made/make me feel
alive and revitalized, and I have not looked back since.fullsizeoutput_1058

Many of us take our health for granted, which is a grave mistake on our part. Why wait for death to knock at your door before making the lifestyle changes we know we should make?

It really is crazy how something as simple as being healthy just makes everything else fall into place. Make the change today, it will be well worth the wait. After all, it takes a healthy mind, body, and soul to win life’s race!
