Waking up with mindfulness is the only way I ever want to start my day. I wake up consciously aware of my state of mind, and until I am in a happy, peaceful place, I do nothing else.


Early morning prayers, meditation, and yoga are all great for this. Set the mood and frequency right as soon as you awake, and only good will unfold to you throughout your day!
